America’s Horse, June 6, 2008 – The American Quarter Horse Association and Corporate Partner Tractor Supply Company have worked together to create a special program on RFD-TV titled Tractor Supply Company Presents RFD-TV Live. The Show will feature several AQHA horse experts. The show will air Monday, June 9 at 7 p.m. CST on RFD-TV.

The guests on RFD-TV “Live” will be Jeff Griffith, Sandra Elder and Christy Landwehr.

Jeff Griffith is the equine program manager at La Cense Montana and contributor to AQHA’s Fundamentals of Horsemanship. Griffith will be discussing the La Cense principals of natural horsemanship, how to select the correct horse for you and provide learning tips from AQHA’s Fundamentals of Horsemanship.

Sandra Elder is an AQHA Professional Horseman and instructor at Edlers Last Lap Ranch. She will be focusing on youth riders and discussing learning tools such as AQHA’s Junior Master Horseman program.

Christy Landwehr is the CEO of the Certified Horsemanship Association. Landwehr will bring her expertise involving how to find a riding instructor, a stable or summer camp in addition to discussing the merits of riding lessons.  

Guests will talk about useful tips and information and field calls from callers live during the show.
